Dans cette procédure, il a été aussi relevé des virements du Trésor public au bénéfice d'individus n'occupant aucune fonction officielle, ne disposant d'aucune activité connue justifiant de tels paiements, et n'ayant accompli aucune prestation pour le compte de l'État.<\/p>\r\n\r\n Face à la gravité des faits rapportés, il est impératif d'établir la chaîne des responsabilités et d'identifier les hautes autorités administratives et politiques qui ont permis ces opérations manifestement irrégulières. En tant que garant du respect de la légalité et du bon usage des ressources publiques, le Gouvernement doit des explications au peuple sénégalais.<\/p>\r\n\r\n Dès lors, je vous prie de bien vouloir répondre aux questions suivantes:<\/p>\r\n\r\n - Le ministre des Finances en fonction à l'époque de ces transactions a-t-il été informé de ces virements massifs ? Si oui, répondra-t-il de ses responsabilités ?<\/p>\r\n\r\n Comment ces paiements ont-ils pu être effectués sans pièces justificatives ni prestations en contrepartie? Qui a signé les ordres de paiement? Répondront-ils devant la justice?<\/p>\r\n\r\n - Ces montants figuraient-ils dans une ligne budgétaire spécifique ? Si oui, laquelle, et qui a validé ces engagements ?<\/p>\r\n\r\n - Quels sont les fonctionnaires de haut rang qui, par leur signature, leur négligence ou leur complicité, ont facilité ces transactions ? If so, will he answer his responsibilities?<\/p>\r\n\r\n How could these payments be made without supporting documents or services in return? Who signed the payment orders? Will they respond to justice?<\/p>\r\n\r\n - Did these amounts appear in a specific budget line? If so, which, and who validated these commitments?<\/p>\r\n\r\n - What are the high-ranking officials who, by their signature, their negligence or their complicity, facilitated these transactions? Will they answer their respective responsibilities?<\/p>\r\n\r\n What mechanisms does the government intend to put in place to prevent such diversions from reproducing?<\/p>\r\n\r\n Without precise and detailed clarifications to these questions, I will take the initiative to submit a request for a parliamentary commission of inquiry to the office of the President of the National Assembly in formel comme informel.<\/p>\r\n\r\n 5- Faire exiger en faveur de chaque employé un contrat de travail rédigé en bonne et due forme et la rémunération affiliée à une entité financière sénégalaise (banque postale) pour traçabilité et soutien au Trésor public.<\/p>\r\n\r\n 6- Réaffirmer le combat contre la discrimination faite aux personnes à mobilité réduite et aux femmes voilées dans les lieux de travail.<\/p>\r\n\r\n 7- Pour la protection de l'employabilité des femmes de ménage sénégalaises, interdiction d'embaucher les garçons de maison étrangers dits "bauye".<\/p>\r\n\r\n 8- Priorité
