La Commission des Délégations, présidée par l’honorable député Alioune Ndao et chargée du suivi, du contrôle et de l’évaluation des lois votées, a été reçue par le Programme des Nations Unies pour le Développement (PNUD), dans ses locaux situés au Complexe Sicap Point E, siège du GIABA, avenue Cheikh Anta Diop, en face de l’UCAD.<\/p>\r\n\r\n
Cette rencontre s’inscrivait dans le cadre des missions d’évaluation des lois et du suivi de leur mise en œuvre. Elle avait pour objectif principal de préparer un séminaire consacré à la loi sur le plastique au Sénégal.<\/p>\r\n\r\n
Les représentants de la Commission ont exprimé leur volonté de mener une réflexion approfondie sur cette législation, en évaluant son effectivité, son efficacité ainsi que les éventuelles difficultés rencontrées dans son application.<\/p>\r\n\r\n
De leur côté, les membres du PNUD ont réaffirmé leur engagement à soutenir toute initiative parlementaire allant dans ce sens. Ils ont souligné que cette démarche s’inscrit pleinement dans leur mandat, et qu’un programme spécifique a été mis en place pour étudier la problématique des plastiques dans plusieurs pays, dont le Sénégal.<\/p>\r\n\r\n
À l’issue de la rencontre, les deux parties ont convenu de l’organisation d’un séminaire de deux jours à la fin du mois de juin. Ce séminaire abordera plusieurs thématiques liées à la mise en œuvre de la loi sur le plastique au Sénégal.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

The delegations committee, chaired by the Honorable MP Alioune Ndao and in charge of monitoring, control and evaluation of the laws voted, was received by the United Nations Development Program (UNDP), in its premises located at the Sicap Point E Complex, Giaba seat, avenue Cheikh Anta Diop, in front of the UCAD.<\/p>\r\n\r\n
This meeting was part of the law assessment missions and monitoring their implementation. Its main objective was to prepare a seminar dedicated to the plastic law in Senegal.<\/p>\r\n\r\n
The representatives of the Commission expressed their desire to lead to a in -depth reflection on this legislation, by assessing its effectiveness, its effectiveness as well as the possible difficulties encountered in its application.<\/p>\r\n\r\n
For their part, UNDP members have reaffirmed their commitment to support any parliamentary initiative going in this direction. They stressed that this approach is fully part of their mandate, and that a specific program has been set up to study the problem of plastics in several countries, including Senegal.<\/p>\r\n\r\n
At the end of the meeting, the two parties agreed to organize a two -day seminar at the end of June. This seminar will address several themes related to the implementation of the plastic law in Senegal.<\/p>\r\n\r\n
